Callie Timmens (born 3 May 1995) is a female resident of Holby.

In January 2019, a homeless Callie applied for housing, but she was put on a waiting list. Desperate, she answered Derek Waits' online advert for a free room. However, one of the conditions he set was that she was required to sleep with him.

On 18 May, Callie secretly tried to make a deposit on a flat, but Derek started knocking on the bathroom door. On their way down the stairs, he started recoiling in pain and fell, causing Callie to land on a vase. Once the paramedics arrived, Callie introduced herself as Derek's daughter, and they were both taken to Holby City Hospital's emergency department.

Upon Derek's request, staff nurse Jade Lovall visited Callie in her cubicle to retrieve his mobile phone. There, Callie gave paramedic Ruby Spark a conflicting home address to Derek, and Jade found the rent money in her bag. Derek admitted that Callie was not his daughter and explained to Jade that she was living at his house rent-free. Jade informed Ruby that Callie was merely Derek's tenant, and Ruby pointed out that there was only one bedroom in the house. Once Derek was diagnosed with hepatitis B, he allowed Jade to apprise Callie of his condition.

In Callie's cubicle, Jade informed her about Derek's illness, and she agreed to be tested and explained her living situation. Referring to the money in her bag, she mentioned that she had been saving up for her own apartment, and she was using Derek's address for job interviews. Nonetheless, Jade voiced her concerns about Derek using her for sex, prompting Callie to challenge her to find her somewhere to live. Later, Callie's hepatitis B test came back clear, and Ruby notified her of an available room at a shelter. Callie accepted the offer, but she changed her mind when Derek offered her a taxi ride back to his house. Jade told her that she was trying to help, but Callie hugged her and assured her that it was her decision. (CAS: Episode 1127)
