Jacobs explained that Donna finds the shift difficult and is "really quite scared", as she is used to working with routine rather than emergency patients. Donnatella "Donna" Marigold Jackson is a senior staff nurse who works on Holby City Hospital's Acute Admissions Unit. She began working at the hospital in March 2004 as a staff nurse before departing in March 2011 as a ward sister; she later returned in June 2017.
