The 26th episode of series 22 is the 1034th episode of Holby City overall. It was directed by Steve Brett.
This episode was the first to be filmed after the show's production was suspended as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic which the plot of the episode and the theme of the remainder of the series will be based on. As a result of the restrictions imposed on filming and production, the episode will only be 40 minutes long, making it the shortest in the programme's history.[1]
