Synopsis
Ethan tries to solve the trolleys in corridors problem by creating a new Clinical Decisions Unit, but shifting the surplus patients to a new department fails to fool the anonymous Rage in Resus blogger, who continues to expose the weaknesses of the ED. Meanwhile, Gem proves her worth on her first day as an ED porter, and when no less than nine patients from a single retirement home are admitted with chest pains, the staff try to find out whether they have anything in common other than their address.
