Synopsis

The team help a daughter and father at a difficult time, and Ethan convinces a man to come clean to his girlfriend. Meanwhile, Louise discovers a casualty on her way to work and does a great job of treating her.

Elsewhere, Ethan and Cal find out that they've both failed their exams, but Lily has been promoted to registrar. She calls her parents who aren't as impressed as she had hoped, so she begins a desperate quest for approval.
