Synopsis[]

Josh's erratic driving on his way to answer an emergency call results in a horrific crash with an oncoming vehicle, leaving new paramedic Nikki with a difficult decision over who to treat first. Back at Holby A&E, she learns that Josh could face serious repercussions after jumping a red light on the way. To make matters worse, Duffy's baby is about to put in an early appearance.
