Sarah Jane Hazlegrove (born 17 July 1968) portrayed Kathleen Dixon in Casualty and Holby City from 2006 to 2019. Prior to being cast as Dixie, Hazlegrove portrayed Jane and Angela Regis in Casualty in 1996 and 2006 respectively, and Anne Fryer in Holby City in 2003.
