Biography

Jasmine Hopkins becoming assistant Ward Sister

In January 1999 Julie was interviewed for the position of Assistant Ward Sister on Darwin alongside fellow nurse Jasmine Hopkins. At the end of her interview the panel asked about Julie's daughter and subsequent plans to have children, when Jasmine Hopkins was offered the job instead of her Julie believed it was her being a parent that was the reason (HC: "Whose Heart Is It Anyway?").
