Luca Gardner is the son of Elle Gardner and Marc Gardner.
In October 2017, Luca found Elle and her boyfriend Marty Williams in bed together and called his brothers to look. Later, Elle called Luca and his brothers into the ED after Marty experienced a severe allergic reaction to chilli powder that was put in his underpants. When Blake apologised, Elle formally introduced her sons to Marty. (CAS: Episode 1058)
