Nathan embarks on a hunt to find out who failed to dispose of the needle that pricked him. A patient in the hepatitis B clinic tries to steal drugs, jeopardising Maggie's efforts to keep it open, while Nina and Kelsey make a bet on whether Greg is gay after discovering he wears mascara.
