Salvation was the sixth episode of Series 5 and the 58th episode overall.
Plot
A girl's legs are crushed after two cars of youngsters race along a dark country road. A father's religious sect oposes dialysis for his daughter, despite the pleas of the mother and an angry Julian. Finally, the father rellents. Charlie lets a drunk sleep on a matress in a cubicle, much to Julian and Ash's disapproval. As another 'drunk' comes in, Charlie sends him to join the other, but Jimmy calls the alarm when they find out he is a diabetic, who's had a hypo. A hospital porter, Harry is treated by Beth after falling ill. As Beth treats him, he arrests and dies in CRASH.
