The suicidal prisoner (died 13 July 2019) was a man incarcerated in HMP Stonehurst.
Biography
By 13 July 2019, unable to cope with his drug addiction, the man had attempted suicide twice. On that day, he asked inmate and drug dealer Carl Jenkins for a fix, but he told him that he would receive it later that day. However, he subsequently hanged himself, and paramedics Jan Jenning and Iain Dean were unable to reach him in time. (CAS: Episode 1135)
