The mother of runaway George arrives at the ED, only to be told her son has been released into the care of Tommy, a man in his 30s posing as the brother of the patient’s homeless friend Skelly. As Fletch does what he can to trace their whereabouts, the boys themselves soon realise they made a big mistake going off with a man who is anything but a friend.

Synopsis
